Plain Flour-For Rolling
In a mixing bowl take all the dry ingredients.Take little water at a time and make a dough of rolling consistency.Now add little oil to the dough so that you can roll it on the board to form a chappati. Dice it into desired shapes and deep fry in hot oil.
